Mora Wines is seeking a commercially minded leader to drive our Direct-to-Consumer performance and elevate the full customer experience across cellar door, wine club, digital and events. This role owns key revenue channels, leads a high-performing team and plays a central part in shaping the future of the Mora brand. This role suits someone who thrives in a refined yet relaxed environment, understands the rhythm of luxury hospitality and knows how to build a brand through genuine storytelling and high performing DTC channels. Key Responsibilities Lead the DTC strategy across wine club, e-commerce, cellar door and events Set annual budgets and KPIs, track performance and report directly to the GM and Board Manage and mentor a team of three, ensuring strong sales culture and consistent brand storytelling Oversee wine club growth, retention strategy, communications and planning Drive digital marketing, CRM journeys, paid advertising and online sales performance Optimise cellar door operations, HR, training and revenue outcomes Plan and deliver events, sponsorship activations and marketing collateral Own DTC P&Ls, forecasting, analysis, stock management and operational reporting What You’ll Bring Proven commercial leadership in DTC, hospitality, retail or customer-focused environments Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting Confidence in managing people, building capability and driving accountability Expertise in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce and data-led decision making A strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute and deliver results Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments Why Join Us Mora Wines offers the chance to step into a pivotal leadership role within a premium, fast-growing Central Otago wine brand.
