There are a couple of vacancies in our maintenance team. 1) working on the Dayshift 07:30 am to 4:30 pm or 2) the afternoon shift 4.00pm – 1.00am, both Mon – Fri. We are seeking two motivated and skilled engineers to join our team at our Oamaru textile manufacturing plant. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and innovation are at the forefront. Key Responsibilities: Provide engineering support across the plant to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime. Maintain and improve plant machinery, equipment, and systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. Support continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, safety, and product quality. Collaborate with production, quality, and health & safety teams to meet operational targets. About You: Engineering qualification (mechanical, or related discipline). Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (textiles an advantage, but not essential). Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
