We are looking for an Administrative Superstar for the North Otago A&P Assn In this pivotal part time role, you will be the backbone of the Association.  This is a rewarding and varied role where you will be responsible for the ongoing administration leading to the actual organising of the annual show and sundry events throughout the year. We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team and support both our social services programs and onsite community clinic.   In this varied meaningful position, you’ll play a key role in keeping our organisation running smoothly. You will be providing day-to-day administrative support for staff and management, working closely with team members, provide administrative and support with planning and coordination of OPIT events, and general office duties.  Your role will also include scheduling appointments and, referrals, client intake and handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.   We are looking for someone with elite administrative and customer service skills, excellent communication, a high level of organisation and meticulous attention to detail, culturally responsive and who is also confident in using computers and Microsoft Office software.  Experience in a medical community and/or social service setting is highly valued. The successful candidate is required to have a current New Zealand full driver’s licence and must have availability to work some weekends and late evenings when required.
