Olive grove and farm maintenance when required also on this property. Work alongside the vineyard manager on the biodynamic program. Aiming to achieve all outcomes in a timely and efficient manner, with safety a priority. Skills required: Tertiary Training in Viticulture and Practical Vineyard experience with a minimum of 3 vineyard seasons experience. A wider agricultural background would also be beneficial given our diverse site and operation. Premium winegrowing experience with Pinot Noir is beneficial due to company focus. Prior winery experience advantageous due to the close relationship between the winery and vineyard in our small business.. Experience with organics and biodynamics preferred.
