We are looking for a woman or man with a splendid work ethic to join our small, happy team in a great working environment. The ideal person would be keen on gardening, have basic handyperson skills and be able to interact with guests. Full training will be provided, with awesome management support, so you need to be willing to learn, show initiative and attention to detail. PUNCTUALITY and RELIABILITY go without saying, and yet here I am saying it :) Also, a fondness for doughnuts will go a long way! Housekeeper You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be reliable and have a pragmatic can-do attitude. This is a hands-on role that includes strong time management and prioritisation. You will be the sole, full-time housekeeping staff member and you will be responsible for the cleanliness of the houses & maintaining furnishings to a high standard. You will have effective time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst keeping a high standard of detail. You will have proven organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure. Landscaping Gardener You will be a reliable landscape gardener to join a small crew that have high standards and an eye for detail and comfortable working outdoors unsupervised. Duties include weed management (including herbaceous & woody weed control), line trimming, gardening & pest control. Previous experience in either role is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given. Both full-time and fixed term contracts on a long-term basis are available. Training towards property management is also available for the right applicant. You will have a great work ethic, be motivated and physically fit with excellent communication skills.
