Queenstown Lakes Community Housing Trust (QLCHT) is a not-for-profit leader in community housing, proudly serving the Queenstown Lakes district since 2007. We’re in a high growth phase with several housing developments underway. We need a detail-savvy, people-focused Project Support Administrator for 12 months, to help us deliver on our vision to transform the 
lives of committed people in our district by providing them an opportunity to secure an affordable place to call home.

Location: Tahuna Queenstown
12-month fixed term contract
Part-time | 20 hours per week 

This role will form part of our Tenancy Management team and will support the day-to-day operations, along with additional administrative project tasks. 

We need someone who is:

  • Experienced:  3+ years in admin and customer service roles.
  • Tech-savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems.
  • Detail-oriented:  You love tidy records and accurate data.
  • Empathetic:  You relate well to people from all walks of life.
  • Organised:  You juggle tasks and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Collaborative:  You thrive in a team and adapt to change.
  • If you’ve worked in housing or tenancy previously that’s a bonus, but not essential.

You must have:

  • The legal right to work in New Zealand.
  • Full NZ driver’s licence.
