Harvest Park Studios is seeking a dependable, autonomous 
individual or couple to manage our 34-unit accommodation 
facility in Cromwell. This live-on-site role includes a spacious 3-bedroom unit and offers a unique lifestyle opportunity in Central Otago. 

Responsibilities include coordinating casual cleaning staff, 
managing guest check-ins (2pm–8pm), maintaining shared 
spaces, handling basic laundry and cleaning, and overseeing 
stock levels. Light maintenance and guest communication via 
phone and email are also part of the role. 

Most tasks are completed by early afternoon, with office hours 
from 8am to 8pm. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, 
has local hospitality/accommodation experience preferred and 
comfortable working independently. Experience with booking 
systems and Xero is a plus.
