Admin Support Team Member

We are looking for an energetic and organised person to join our admin team at Brophy Knight. 

Our firm is a well-respected chartered accounting business in 
Ashburton and has been operating for over 100 years. With a team of 30, we value a supportive culture and the contribution each team member makes. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills 
  • The ability to prioritise work effectively 
  • A professional and friendly phone manner 
  • A good level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 

About the role: 

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (hours can be flexible). 

Key duties include: 

  • Managing client debtors and creditors 
  • Reception cover 
  • Assisting with the final presentation of financial accounts 
  • General administrative support 

For the successful applicant, there is potential to grow within the role and develop into a Personal Assistant position supporting the Directors. 

Full training will be provided, however, you must be able to work independently and complete tasks within set timeframes and to a high standard.
