Ultraspan is looking for an Architectural Designer to join our team, working in the Central Otago area.

Applicants must have the following attributes:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Architectural Technology or 
  recognised equivalent tertiary qualification
• Good understanding of Revit for efficient day to day use, 
  experience in 3D modeling and photoshop an advantage
• Knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code, detailing and consent process
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Health and Safety conscious

You would be responsible for creating designs  for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. Adapt 
plans according to budget constraints, environmental factors or 
client needs.

Operates as part of an overall project design team, working 
closely with a range of construction professionals.

Some on the job training will be given so this may suit someone 
keen to study in this field at the same time. Ideally this role is full time though Hours/Days of work can be agreed to for the right 
person.
