Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Managing inventory and stock control
• Training and supervising staff
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Have a Duty Managers certificate or able to obtain.
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
