BREWER/TRAINEE BREWER WANTED
Role includes:
- All aspects of beer production& day-to-day operations of brewery ie; cellaring, fermentation, filtration, bottling line, keg washing/filling, cold beer storage, warehouse &forklift operation.
- Record keeping & quality control, maintaining occupational
health & safety/food standards
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
- An unbeatable positive attitude, to work with an outstanding
team. Must be very self motivated & show strong initiative.
- Brewery/Winery/Food Production experience advantageous
*This could be an entry level position training given for the right candidate with proven ability.
