Destination Queenstown and Lake Wanaka Tourism are the regional tourism organisations responsible for positioning Queenstown and Wanaka as world-class regions striving to be leaders in regenerative tourism.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support the Queenstown Convention Bureau (QCB) - an exciting opportunity for someone with proven frontline or hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step.

This is a people focused, hands on role supporting sales activity for business events across the Southern Lakes. You will help showcase Queenstown and Wanaka as a professional business events and incentive destination. The role includes managing enquiries and leads, coordinating site inspections and familiarisations, maintaining CRM records, and supporting reporting and administration.

You’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to details and a genuine interest in building relationships.  Knowledge of Queenstown and Wanaka, experience with CRM systems, and an understanding of sales processes are all strong advantages.
