The Buller Electric Power Trust is responsible for appointing Directors of Buller Electricity Limited.

We are now seeking to appoint a director to join our existing Board of four. Director responsibilities include monitoring company performance, ensuring compliance and strategic development.

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

• Governance experience or a good level of understanding of governance and leadership;
• Experience in a range of business functions including risk recognition, including the electricity industry;
• Demonstrable commitment to and local knowledge of the Buller community:
• Sound business judgement and financial literacy;
• A high level of integrity and independence of thought; and
• A commitment to achieving sustainable value for Consumers by ensuring a safe, reliable and eficient Network.
