Chief Information Technology Officer — Dunedin 
Full-time Permanent 40 hours 

As Chief Information Technology Officer, you will be responsible for all digital and technology assets across Allied Media.  This includes ensuring the business has effective and efficient digital capability and data insight to support current and future products and services. As part of the senior management team, you will provide leadership across strategic and operational matters in information technology, systems, digital services, security, governance and policy. With a focus on leadership, IT asset 
management, risk mitigation and project management, you will be expected to implement, champion and maintain the continued functionality of all IT systems. Whilst keeping abreast with new technologies, you will develop and lead technology strategy, oversee business improvement and technology-related projects, and ensure systems and infrastructure remain reliable and available.

Delivery Driver Night Shift — Dunedin
Part-time Permanent 25 hours

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our Night Publishing team.  This night-shift role operates six (6) nights per week, Sunday through Friday, starting at 9:30 PM.  You will be responsible for loading and unloading newspapers and printed publications at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.  The role requires a strong commitment to safety, 
punctuality, and customer service.  In addition to driving duties, you will assist with dock operations, including packing, stacking, and wrapping printed materials as needed.  The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable of handling bundled publications, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Delivery Team Leader — Dunedin
Full-time Permanent 

Reporting to the Distribution and Customer Services Manager, this part-time position (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) plays a key role in coordinating delivery operations and supporting our delivery personnel.  You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and delivery staff to ensure publications are delivered efficiently, on time, and in excellent condition, while maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety compliance.  You will monitor delivery performance, and address complaints or missed deliveries promptly.  You will also maintain accurate records relating to delivery routes, contracts, personnel information.
