With the impending retirement of our long serving caretaker, we are seeking a full-time person to take on this important role. Key to the role is that you take pride in what you do and our school grounds and environment will reflect that.

This role is busy and encompasses a range of jobs including, but not limited to:

• Monitoring and planning for routine maintenance
• Day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs of school buildings and structures
• Attending to hazards and risks to keep the school safe for staff and students
• Liaison with services and trades people
• Work well as a team member but also work unsupervised
• Manage property and maintenance budgets and reporting
• Operating the school boiler and security systems

This role demands someone who is physically fit, reliable and prepared to work anti-social hours on occasions.
