Leithfield School – Te Kura o Kowai is seeking a reliable and practical person to join our team as a Caretaker in a permanent, part-time position. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of our school environment through general maintenance, minor repairs, gardening, managing the school pool, and other property-related tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in keeping facilities safe and tidy
• Is proactive, organised, and can work independently
• Communicates effectively with staff, contractors, and visitors
• Understands and follows health and safety requirements

The successful applicant will be required to complete a safety check, including police vetting, in line with the Children’s Act 2014.
