About the role:

Reporting to the Distribution and Customer Services Manager, this part-time position (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) plays a key role in coordinating delivery operations and supporting our delivery personnel.  You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and delivery staff to ensure 
publications are delivered efficiently, on time, and in excellent condition, while maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety compliance.  You will monitor delivery performance, and address complaints or missed deliveries promptly.  You will also maintain accurate records relating to delivery routes, contracts, personnel information.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full, current driver’s licence
  
• Experience in customer service and/or office administration
  
• High level of attention to detail with strong data entry skills
  
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
