The Opportunity - Our Electrical & Engineering department is looking for a Department Manager to join the team based at the Fulton Hogan office in Alexandra. The role will require you to effectively manage your department ensuring that it is delivering quality work for our clients and our people.

Delivering good work ensures the long-term success and profitability of our business. You are key to our success, without our people doing good work, we have no business.

What you bring - You will work well with others and have a commitment to health and safety. You will have significant industry experience or a relevant qualification and excellent technician knowledge of electrical and engineering practices. An understanding of industry costs and productivity. You need to be self-driven, have clear communication, making sure requests are dealt each promptly and accurately. 

Experience managing and developing teams would also be beneficial.
