Development Manager

Part-time permanent – 20 hours

Do you have experience in securing sponsorships, bequests, grants and donations? We are looking for a dedicated Development Manager to join Dunedin’s premier performing arts organisation, ideally someone with experience in:

  • Compiling and implementing fundraising campaigns.
  • Building strong networks with corporate and private financial supporters
  • Working in the not-for-profit and/or arts sectors

The role is especially suited to someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management skills, persuasion and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft products, some CRM experience, and administrative experience. It is based in the DSO’s office in the 
heritage Hanover Hall in central Dunedin, and it includes occasional evening and weekend work.
