Our Timaru abattoir facility is New Zealand’s largest pork abattoir and butchery operation. We are looking for an experienced Knife hand / Boner to join our Boning Room team of 15 people.
The highly skilled team work at pace and know their trade. As part of the Boning crew you will prepare meat for further processing, including specialty cuts of pork for market and hot chop as required. Working collaboratively as a team you’ll
ensure all products are processed efficiently to a high standard.
To be successful in this role you will:
Starting at 6:00am, you’ll work 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
