We’re on the lookout for a motivated External Maintenance 
Technician to join our dynamic team, servicing the Queenstown 
Lakes and Central Otago regions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Flood and fire restoration
• Gutter cleaning and building washdowns
• Pest control services
• Carpet cleaning and general maintenance
• Some after-hours work is required, and you’ll also take part in an on-call roster approximately once every six weeks to respond to emergency work only.

What We’re Looking For:

• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A full, clean NZ driver’s license
• IICRC qualifications and/or Level 3 Pest Control certification are advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
