Finance & Admin Assistant

(Part time – 32 Hours)

Yrless is a locally owned and operated internet company based in Southland.

We are seeking an experienced, resilient, and highly motivated self-starter to join our team in the role of Finance & Admin Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records, overseeing day-to-
day finance functions, and supporting the wider team with administrative tasks. This will include general office administration, customer service, and assisting with internal 
processes to keep the business running smoothly.

You will work closely with our company accountant, management team, and customers—so strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

You must have financial administration experience, and love data entry and financial systems. Xero experience is a must.

You will join a busy, technically proficient team, where no two days will be the same. 

You will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, as well as contributing your own skills and experience 
to the team. 

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.  

Working hours for this role are 32 hours per week with up to 40 hours per week available from time to time to cover staff leave.
