Located in Queenstown, this full-time role will be focused on carrying out the daily inspections and assisting with the operations of our long-standing Holiday Homes business. 

As the Holiday Homes Guest Services Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our holiday homes and providing exceptional experiences for our guests. We are looking for someone who is confident with guest communication, has keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow systems and processes effectively.

We are a 7 day per week operation, so this role does require weekend and holiday work. Hours will fluctuate throughout peak and shoulder seasons.
