We’re looking for a someone who’s ready to take ownership of a thriving portfolio. At Harcourts Cromwell, you’ll have the support of a leading brand, strong systems, and a collaborative team environment. 

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of rental properties, from 
advertising and viewings through to inspections, maintenance, 
and reporting. You’ll also look after the administration of tenancy agreements and management of annual rent reviews and tenancy renewal.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent administration skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence in using technology and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Applicants must be a NZ citizen/resident or hold a valid work visa, and a full, clean driver’s license is essential.
