As we scale across NZ, Australia and the UK, we need a hands-on, strategic Head of Operations & Production to join our Senior Leadership Team.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will own end-to-end delivery. This is a diverse leadership mandate spanning manufacturing, procurement, and dispatch, as well as integrating our software and hardware teams. Your mission is to build the scalable, repeatable systems that will underpin our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead the build-to-dispatch process with a focus on quality, traceability and on-time delivery.
• Integrated Innovation: Bridge the gap between Python developers, hardware engineers and scientists to ensure seamless product integration.
• Strategic Scaling: Transition "pioneering" workflows into documented, automated and high-efficiency processes.
• Team Leadership: Foster a culture of ownership across a 
  multidisciplinary team.

About You

You are a pragmatist who thrives on building from the ground up. You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess:

• Senior Leadership Experience: A proven track record in operations or production within a scaling technical environment.
• Technical Fluency: The ability to "speak the language" of both software and hardware.
• Supply Chain Grip: Expertise in international procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Quality Rigour: Experience managing non-conformance and change control systems.
