Referee Development Lead:

8 hours - Experienced person to lead recruitment, development, education & management of Referees.

Girls & Women’s Rugby Lead:

20 hours - Seeking a motivated & dynamic head of girls & women’s rugby, leading growth & development and implementing girls and women’s action plan. 

Junior Rugby & Participation Lead:

8 hours - Seeking any organised & enthusiastic person to manage junior competitions, support clubs & schools.

Board Secretary:

5-10 hrs month - To provide administrative and governance support to our Board & CEO.

Finance & Admin Manager:

20 hrs week - Responsible for delivering efficient day-to-day financial processing, administrative support, and operational 
coordination that enables North Otago Rugby to function effectively and meet the needs of its clubs, teams, and stakeholders
