Master of Care, Communication and Organisation

The Grange Lifecare has been operating nearly 3 years now, 
and due to the growth of the village, there are two positions 
available that will share the role ‘Master of Care, Communication and Organisation’ — a role which is critical to the operation of the village.

You will be a conduit of information, you are discreet, you thrive 
on making things happen for our people. You listen. You are 
flexible and responsive to people’s needs. Your positive can-
do attitude will help make our existing residents feel safe and 
valued, your colleagues heard and supported, and our visitors 
and prospective residents feel welcome and eager to return to 
The Grange.

You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our 
management team, across all departments. This is a full-time 
position; the position needs to be covered 7 days a week. We 
will appoint two people to this role, who will job share, a possible roster could be 4 on, 4 off, or you will need to work your share 
of weekends.

Daily activities include making connections for people, initiating 
sales enquiries, coordinating departmental activities, meeting 
and greeting people, coordinating resident activities, fixing 
things that are not working, managing situations that are 
unplanned, corralling paperwork and information to meet our 
quality management system requirements, contributing to 
continuous improvement.
