We’re looking for a capable, grounded HR Advisor/Business Partner to join our team and provide hands-on, site-based support across our South Island operations.

Covering parental leave, this 9-12-month fixed-term role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role can be based in Invercargill or Gore, with regular travel required between sites.
The Opportunity
Working as part of our Open Country HR team, you’ll be the trusted HR presence on site, supporting leaders and employees across Awarua, Mataura Valley Milk and NZ Creameries.
This role will suit someone who is comfortable embedded in operations — balancing practical, day-to-day HR advice with supporting leaders to build confidence
