Medical Receptionist

Part time

Are you organised, friendly, and passionate about patient care? Join our general practice team as a Medical Receptionist, where you’ll play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience for our patients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments 
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages
  • Manage administrative documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate, discreet, and patient-focused attitude

This role is a part-time position however additional hours may be available to cover for staff absences.
