With our current Administrator retiring, we’re looking for an 
experienced and motivated person to step into this key role.

About the Role 

As our Office Administrator, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our day to day operations. Your responsibilities will include (full job description available on request): 

  • Accounts Payable data entry 
  • Entering timesheet information 
  • Payroll processing (IMS) 

What You’ll Bring 

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • Previous administration experience 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Confident and clear communication 
  • Reliable recordkeeping habits 
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
