Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Collision Repair office based in Gore.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and clerical duties
  • Answering phones and managing email enquiries
  • Data entry, filing, and record management
  • Assisting management and staff as required
  • Dealing with and processing insurance claims

Requirements

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Well-presented with a friendly and positive manner
  • Proven experience in office administration (full support will be provided)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Able to work well within a team environment

Remuneration will be based on experience.
