Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our 
team as an Office Administrator/Receptionist. This is a varied 
role suited to someone who enjoys working across a range of 
tasks.

You will play an important role in keeping the office running 
smoothly while providing a welcoming and professional 
experience for anyone who walks into our office.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors and being the welcoming face of the office
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and responding to general email enquiries
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administration tasks
  • Assisting with marketing activities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicates well both in person and over the phone
  • Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Has good attention to detail
  • Enjoys working as part of a team

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering great service to clients and supporting the wider team.
