Office Manager Position

We are seeking a warm, efficient, and highly organised School 
Office Manager to be the welcoming heart of our school. If you 
are known for your friendly nature, excellent time management, 
and ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, 
we want to hear from you.

  • Professionalism & Trust: Maintains a high standard of verbal and written communication, combined with absolute discretion and confidentiality in all school-related matters.
  • Exceptional Organisation: Proven ability to manage a varied workload, meet deadlines, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Digital Competence: Demonstrates strong computer skills 
    with a willingness to upskill and master new online platforms, including our Student Management System. 
  • Finance: Experience with Xero is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing daily office operations.
  • Payroll processing and day-to-day financial management.
  • Providing essential First Aid support to students.
  • General administrative support for the Principal and teaching staff.

This dynamic role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and flexibility.
