At Apt Collections, positive customer experience is our top priority.

Hours: We understand that life is busy, so we are offering a flexible role . We are wanting someone available approx 34 hours a fortnight ( 2 x days 9am-5pm), every second Saturday 10am-2pm and casual cover when needed. 

As the successful applicant, your areas of responsibilities will be to:

• Provide excellent customer care to all our customers
• Gain extensive product knowledge of the brands and styles
• Work towards the daily target
• Participate in stocktaking if required
• Store merchandising 

We are seeking a candidate who has the following qualities: 

• Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team
• Loves fashion 
• Great communication skills and an understanding of customers' needs 
• Self-motivated and pro-active
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially outlook)
