Practice Operations Manager
Mactodd Lawyers is seeking an experienced Practice Operations Manager to join our respected Central and Southern
Lakes law firm.
This is a senior and varied role working closely with the Directors to support the smooth and effective running of the firm
across office operations, staff coordination, systems, compliance, reporting, marketing support and process improvement.
We are looking for someone organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with experience in office, operations or practice
management within a professional services environment. Strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to manage
competing priorities are essential.
Experience in a law firm or knowledge of legal practice systems, trust accounting or compliance would be advantageous.
