Practitioner Vacancy

Nga Kete Matauranga Pounamu Charitable Trust (NKMP) is seeking experienced Mental Health/Alcohol and Addictions Practitioners to work with whanau in the Southern District (based in Dunedin).

The desired applicant will have experience working in the field of mental health and/or addictions, effective communication skills, be able to work autonomously and in a team, have a comprehensive knowledge of drug treatment modalities, demonstrate an understanding and commitment to Tikanga Maori, have great time management skills, a positive attitude, be well presented and hold a current full driver’s license.

You must be a registered clinical practitioner with DAPAANZ (or equivalent).

Employment is subject to police vetting and the requirements of the Children Act (2014).
