Pumped Scheme Operator – Oamaru
Aqus manages four irrigation schemes in the Waitaki region and is seeking a practical, motivated team member to join us in
Oamaru. The role involves maintaining and operating irrigation infrastructure, responding to faults, communicating with
shareholders, and participating in a one-week-in-four on-call roster.
You’ll need a Class 1 driver’s licence, basic computer skills, and sound technical ability.
Experience with irrigation, utilities, or industrial control equipment is an advantage but not essential. We offer competitive remuneration including insurance benefits, a varied role, development opportunities, and a strong focus on wellbeing.
