The Catlins Medical Centre is seeking a rare individual to become our dynamic, permanent, part-time receptionist.  We are looking for an individual that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment whilst providing a high standard of care for our patients.  

Other attributes would be an ability to problem solve, excellent communication and computer skills, first-rate attention to detail, loyal team player, good work and time-keeping ethic. Finally, you must maintain patient confidentiality by adhering to the Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code 2020. 

This role supports a small but professional and energetic team consisting of one doctor, one practice manager, three nurses and another part-time receptionist.  There are occasions when you may be required to cover other staff absences.
