Relief Cook

We are seeking a reliable and capable Relief Cook to join the 
team at Dunstan High School Hostel. This is a casual, as-
needed role preparing and serving meals for 50-60 students 
and staff when the Kitchen Manager is unavailable. In most 
cases, meals will already be planned and ingredients ordered, 
so the focus is on delivering quality food, maintaining excellent 
hygiene and food safety standards, and supporting the 
smooth running of the kitchen. This role suits someone with 
experience in large-scale or commercial food preparation who 
can work independently, supervise support staff, and step in 
confidently when needed, sometimes at short notice.
