STEWART ISLAND EVENT/PROMOTION OFFICER
Stewart Island Promotion Association (SIPA) is a voluntary group dedicated to promoting Stewart Island as a destination.
The person we are seeking must have a commitment to promoting the island using a variety of promotional avenues.
Key Aspects Include:
- Be computer literate and have good verbal and written language skills.
- Propose, plan and initiate projects and events to promote Stewart Island whilst supporting existing initiatives.
- Carry out cruise ship liaison duties.
- Produce a monthly up-date for the SIPA committee meeting.
- Experience in event management and marketing an advantage.
This is a fixed term contract position. Terms and Conditions of this opportunity to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
