We are a busy, well-established, and trusted home store seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

About the Role 

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers create comfortable, functional, and stylish homes. You’ll combine product knowledge with a genuine passion for sales to guide customers toward confident purchasing decisions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide expert advice across our range of home appliances, beds, furnishings, and related products 
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions 
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets 
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including new models and features 
• Ensure the showroom is welcoming, well presented, and fully stocked 
• Manage customer enquiries and deliver excellent after-sales support 

About You 

• Proven sales experience (home appliances or other big-ticket items preferred) 
• Strong communication and listening skills 
• Confident, proactive, and results driven 
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service 
• Able to perform well under pressure in a busy environment 
• Reliable, professional, and well presented 
• Computer literate 
• Available to work Sunday to Thursday, including rostered public holidays
