After an amazing 9 years working for us, one of our awesome tour planners is retiring and we are looking for a replacement.

As a growing company, we are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is very much hands on and requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

You must be computer friendly and enjoy interacting with groups of people, answering phones and thinking on the fly.

This role requires you to build a trip, prepare it all, including the digital documents and then deliver the brie?ng once the group arrive.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend days in our busy tour season. We would love you to start 4th June, but this is always negotiable.

You would be based in our Clyde shop in Central Otago.
Bike it Now! prides itself on being locally owned and passionate about our clients and cycling in Central Otago, we have had a customer first principle since we started in September 2013.
