Exterior Creations Limited are seeking a trade qualified or suitably experienced floor and wall tiler to join our team based in Gore This is a full time position with great pay rates based on experience.

We service the wider Southland area in the commercial and residential construction sectors and have large workloads to complete.

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

• Trade qualified or at least three years NZ experience in 
  tiling and waterproofing
• Own hand tools
• Takes pride in their work with a keen eye for detail
• Punctuality and good time management skills
• Great communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and other trades
• The ability to work unsupervised as this is mostly a 
  solitary role looking after your own jobs
• The ability to understand and follow site health and 
  safety rules
• Full or restricted NZ drivers license
• Relevant NZ work Visa or NZ residency
• Knowledge of Mapei Building Products an advantage but not necessary (full product training will be provided)

A company van and tools will be provided

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience level of applicants.
