Accountant, 12 month Fixed-Term 

The Fixed-Term Accountant is a key role within the company, supporting the Finance team. This position is designed to help ensure our financial processes are managed efficiently. The role is across various accounting functions and requires previous accounting experience and strong attention to detail. This is a Fixed-term parental leave cover position, with part-time hours negotiable for the right candidate.

Essential Experience and Competencies 

• 2+ years of experience working in an accounting role. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software programs. 
• Knowledge of audit requirements. 
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. 
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and management principles and finance procedures.

Senior Office Administrator, 12-month Fixed-Term 

The Senior Office Administrator plays a pivotal role in providing 
support to the Site Manager in all aspects of administrative support, diary management and travel coordination. The position is also responsible for the overall management of the main office, reception, viewing gallery, meeting rooms and any public areas of the main administration building.

Essential Experience and Competencies 

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar role. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at the senior management level & with a diverse range of people. 
• Ability to handle high pressure situations effectively and be able to manage competing demands and changing priorities. 
• High level of integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately.
