A Caretaker
Permanent, part time (15 hours/week)
Daily Maintenance: Managing day-to-day property tasks and general "handyman" repairs.
Groundskeeping: Maintaining school gardens, lawns, and other outdoor areas to a high standard.
Contractor Liaison: Coordinating with external tradespeople and service providers for maintenance and property projects.
Site Safety: Ensuring the property is clean, safe, and ready for school use every day.
