Are you passionate about rowing and keen to support a thriving team? We’re looking for a “Volunteer Person of Interest” to provide vital backup and mentorship to our coaching staff and athletes here in Cromwell. Your commitment could be one session a week or more.

This isn’t a head coaching role; it’s about being an extra set of hands and a guiding presence. You’ll help with on-water sessions, technical feedback, logistics, and most importantly, mentor our rowers and coaches, sharing your experience and love for the sport.

We need someone who has: 

• Rowing knowledge (ex-athlete, cox, or experienced volunteer). 
• Great communication skills and a desire to help others grow. 
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude. 
• A current First Aid certificate or be open to obtaining one, and police vetting (essential for working with youth).
