Do you love supporting young people to achieve their goals?

We’re looking for a passionate Navigator to walk alongside rangatahi (15–24) who are ready to take their next steps into training or employment.

As part of the Elevate team, you’ll help deliver our Work Ready Course, support workplace visits and training opportunities, and provide one-to-one mentoring that builds confidence, life skills, and pathways to success.

You’ll:

• Co-facilitate Work Ready Course sessions
• Mentor rangatahi one-to-one
• Help remove barriers like transport and access to services
• Support workplace visits, training provider visits and other hands-on activities
• Build positive relationships with whanau, providers & employers
