Want a hands-on role in construction — without being stuck on the tools all day? Ajax Building is looking for a fit, capable, practical person to run our yard operations and keep our sites supplied and moving.

We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and ready 
to take ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Organising and managing building materials in the yard
• Coordinating with suppliers and arranging deliveries
• Managing inventory and keeping stock under control
• Delivering materials to site as required
• Maintaining and repairing tools and equipment
• Keeping the yard tidy, safe, and efficient
• Supporting the team with general handyman tasks
• Overseeing day-to-day yard logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and capable
• Practical and mechanically minded
• Organised and takes pride in a tidy, efficient workspace
• Good communicator with suppliers and site teams
• Class 2 licence (bonus)
• Digger/machinery experience (bonus)
• Forklift licence (advantage but not essential)
