WAITAKI HOUSE BOARDING MANAGER

We are looking to appoint a full-time Boarding Manager to lead day to day operations for our school hostel, Waitaki House. Waitaki House provides a caring, structured and positive environment for a small number of girls to call home during term time, while attending Waitaki Girls’ High School. This role is a varied, challenging and rewarding one. It primarily involves managing the day to day running of Waitaki House, overall care of boarders pastoral, discipline, health, security, activities and education and management of Waitaki House staff. No prior experience is necessary, however the successful applicant will need to be energetic, organised, flexible and have a consistently helpful and professional approach to our young women and their families.
