Osborne Realty has been based in Waiuku for 21 years, and gradually expanded to Pukekohe & greater Franklin. Osborne Realty is an integral part of the community, giving back a percentage of its profits every year in sponsorship and donations to sports groups, charities, schools and local projects. Osborne Realty is a family business and for the past 12 years the business has been owned by husband and wife team Brian Barrett and Kim Maree Osborne (who is the daughter of the original founder Diane Osborne). Brian is the Manager of the business with Kim Maree being the Licencee. The core areas of the business have not changed since its inception, these being Waiuku, Clarks Beach and Waiau Pa but now there are also agents based in Pukekohe covering the wider Franklin Area. The total number of staff is 15 which is made up of Brian leading a team of residential, rural and commercial sales consultants, a rental department - all ably supported by our very skilled an talented Adin duo. The business has enjoyed some wonderful success over the years with numerous salespeople consistently achieving top results. Brian is also very proud of the Property Management division which has enjoyed phenomenal success and growth under the guidance of the dynamic Property Manager.
